Narrative:

I was flying cross country from college park, md, airport to bay bridge airport, md -- a distance of about 25 NM. I was in the corridor south of ft meade, md, airport at 1300 ft. I saw approaching an air carrier above my altitude. I immediately turned right to avoid wake turbulence. The air carrier also turned right and it passed above my altitude on my left. When I landed at bay bridge I was asked to call the watch supervisor at baltimore international. I did call. The watch supervisor said he was expecting a call from the air carrier and to call back in about 1/2 hour. At that time, the watch supervisor said he was still waiting to hear from the air carrier. He asked for my home address and telephone number in case they needed to get in touch with me. That was the last I've heard from anyone.
