Narrative:
Air carrier jet was cleared for a visual approach to runway 16L. I was cleared for the bay visual approach to runway 16R after seeing the aircraft. I remained high on the approach due to scattered clouds on final. Became distraction and overflew my final approach to runway 16R. I crowded the air carrier jet on final to runway 16L. No evasive or near miss occurred. A strong crosswind from the west made it easier to overfly final approach.

Narrative: ACR JET WAS CLRED FOR A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 16L. I WAS CLRED FOR THE BAY VISUAL APCH TO RWY 16R AFTER SEEING THE ACFT. I REMAINED HIGH ON THE APCH DUE TO SCATTERED CLOUDS ON FINAL. BECAME DISTR AND OVERFLEW MY FINAL APCH TO RWY 16R. I CROWDED THE ACR JET ON FINAL TO RWY 16L. NO EVASIVE OR NEAR MISS OCCURRED. A STRONG XWIND FROM THE W MADE IT EASIER TO OVERFLY FINAL APCH.
