Narrative:
Approaching jains intersection, ECAM chime sounded showing green hydraulic system quantity at red DOT on both right ECAM page and overhead panel. Loss of system quantity checklist was accomplished and emergency was declared with ZJX. Clearance was requested and obtained direct charleston for divert to chs. On approach, landing gear was extended manually. Uneventful approach and landing was accomplished. Aircraft was stopped on runway due to loss of nosewheel steering. At termination of rollout, captain was advised by flight attendants that a passenger was experiencing chest pains and difficulty in breathing, and an additional passenger had injured her hand. Medical assistance was requested and received from awaiting chs AFB crash fire rescue equipment personnel. Injured passenger were removed to local medical facilities. Aircraft was then towed to gate, remaining passenger were deplaned.

Narrative: APCHING JAINS INTXN, ECAM CHIME SOUNDED SHOWING GREEN HYD SYS QUANTITY AT RED DOT ON BOTH R ECAM PAGE AND OVERHEAD PANEL. LOSS OF SYS QUANTITY CHKLIST WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND EMER WAS DECLARED WITH ZJX. CLRNC WAS REQUESTED AND OBTAINED DIRECT CHARLESTON FOR DIVERT TO CHS. ON APCH, LNDG GEAR WAS EXTENDED MANUALLY. UNEVENTFUL APCH AND LNDG WAS ACCOMPLISHED. ACFT WAS STOPPED ON RWY DUE TO LOSS OF NOSEWHEEL STEERING. AT TERMINATION OF ROLLOUT, CAPT WAS ADVISED BY FLT ATTENDANTS THAT A PAX WAS EXPERIENCING CHEST PAINS AND DIFFICULTY IN BREATHING, AND AN ADDITIONAL PAX HAD INJURED HER HAND. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE WAS REQUESTED AND RECEIVED FROM AWAITING CHS AFB CFR PERSONNEL. INJURED PAX WERE REMOVED TO LCL MEDICAL FACILITIES. ACFT WAS THEN TOWED TO GATE, REMAINING PAX WERE DEPLANED.
