Narrative:
On this flight, there were 2 passenger taken off the plane because they appeared intoxicated. The first passenger, a male in seat xd, came on board staggering. When I asked him how he was doing, his reply was 'not good.' I watched him go to his seat, and about that same time a passenger boarding after him started telling me how drunk he was and how he kept making a scene and causing problems out in the terminal area. It was also about that same time that the agent came on board and explained to the captain that this guy was in a bad condition, but they felt it was safest to let him go with us. (Note: this is in direct violation of FAA rules to board a passenger who appears intoxicated.) I took the passenger boarding pass. The captain and I discussed the matter and we decided he was a potential threat. As he was escorted off the plane, he proceeded to run into a passenger in first class. He also ran into the coat closet on his way out the door. The second passenger, a female in seat ya, was in and out of consciousness. The passenger next to her noticed this and told the #2 flight attendant, who shook her until she woke up. He asked her if she'd been drinking and she replied 'yes.' she, too, was removed by the agents.
