Narrative:
I was not involved with this passenger, but I understand the agent in lhr did not want to board her. The agent was overruled by a supervisor. My question is, why didn't someone from the ground staff talk to the cockpit crew or purser about this before boarding passenger? No one on the plane was aware of anything. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter said that the woman in question created quite a disturbance in the heathrow boarding area. She was either quite drunk or high on something. The gate agent didn't want to board the woman, but was overruled by a supervisor. Heathrow agents never told the captain or purser of the woman's prior behavior. She later disrupted the entire flight by not sitting down, swearing loudly and staying in the lavatory for 30 mins at a time. Police met the flight at ord. She doesn't know if the woman was arrested, as the police were still talking to her on the jetway when she left the plane.
