Narrative:
Fire bell. Normal touchdown and landing. On roll, got fire bell -- no lights or message. Cleared runway. Told ground we needed to stop to check something. Tested all fire system. All tested normal. Still could not silence bell. As a precaution, told ground to send out fire trucks to check us out. Was given discrete frequency. In the meantime, first officer was able to find aural warning speaker circuit breaker to finally shut off damned bell. Fire trucks arrived, contacted us and said they had used infrared detectors, and could find nothing. Also inspected wheel wells. We then went to gate with 1 truck following. At gate after passenger off, reset circuit breakers. Bell still ringing. Next day checked maintenance log. Maintenance could not duplicate.
