Narrative:
A misunderstanding of how the paperwork a general procedure concerning the repair of a B757 spoiler. With the inspector present there, I wrote in and signed for the repair under guise of the wrong srm repair scheme. Due to the fact that quality assurance has part locked away, I could not give the serial number or company part number.

Title: A B757-200 GND SPOILER HAD A COMPOSITE REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED WHICH WAS SIGNED OFF WITH THE WRONG STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL REF.
Narrative: A MISUNDERSTANDING OF HOW THE PAPERWORK A GENERAL PROC CONCERNING THE REPAIR OF A B757 SPOILER. WITH THE INSPECTOR PRESENT THERE, I WROTE IN AND SIGNED FOR THE REPAIR UNDER GUISE OF THE WRONG SRM REPAIR SCHEME. DUE TO THE FACT THAT QUALITY ASSURANCE HAS PART LOCKED AWAY, I COULD NOT GIVE THE SERIAL NUMBER OR COMPANY PART NUMBER.
