Narrative:

I was instructed to placard the leading edge device indication due to a possible burned out light bulb at #1 leading edge slat. The only information given to me was a computer printout that instructed me to remove relay R238. I pulled the relay that I thought was R238 and signed the book. Then I received a phone call the next day telling me that the relay that was found removed was R283 not R238. If this is in fact true.
