Narrative:

Flight pushed back with normal procedures and both engines were started during pushback. Taxi instructions were given by ramp control to a ramp exit to the left of the flight. Proximity of aircraft on next gate necessitated a right 270 degree turn. Normal thrust and taxi procedures were followed. 3 days later chief pilot called to advise me that a utility push cart had been blown over and an agent's glasses blown off. Recommend that pushback be 'deep' enough to allow turn in either direction.
