Narrative:
I went to tell mrs Y to move further up because in the row behind her, we had an escorted prisoner (row xa). The air marshall, ms X, told me to tell this lady to move because she was already rude to this marshall. Of course, this lady refused, so I called the agent, because we are not permitted to tell passenger what's going on in these cases, then she stepped out of the seat, opened the overhead bin compartment and shut it as hard as she could. I told her that we do not appreciate this kind of behavior onboard and to let me please pass so I could talk to the captain, and she pushed me back. So I told her that she was in violation of federal law and that she will be removed from the aircraft. The agents closed the aircraft door, without further information, not even letting the purser know that they were closing the door. So she (the purser) called the captain, after finding out what happened in the back of the plane. The captain decided not to remove the passenger out the aircraft. No further action was taken. This passenger also asked me if I'm an american, and I answered yes, and she stated 'well, I'm dutch,' by lifting her arms and threatening me. In this kingston station, there is a lot of miscom.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B757, KIN-MIA. BOARDING WOMAN RUDE TO FEDERAL AIR MARSHAL, WITH PRISONER, ASKED TO MOVE, BECAME THREATENING, SHOVED CABIN ATTENDANT, REMOVED FROM FLT.
Narrative: I WENT TO TELL MRS Y TO MOVE FURTHER UP BECAUSE IN THE ROW BEHIND HER, WE HAD AN ESCORTED PRISONER (ROW XA). THE AIR MARSHALL, MS X, TOLD ME TO TELL THIS LADY TO MOVE BECAUSE SHE WAS ALREADY RUDE TO THIS MARSHALL. OF COURSE, THIS LADY REFUSED, SO I CALLED THE AGENT, BECAUSE WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO TELL PAX WHAT'S GOING ON IN THESE CASES, THEN SHE STEPPED OUT OF THE SEAT, OPENED THE OVERHEAD BIN COMPARTMENT AND SHUT IT AS HARD AS SHE COULD. I TOLD HER THAT WE DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR ONBOARD AND TO LET ME PLEASE PASS SO I COULD TALK TO THE CAPT, AND SHE PUSHED ME BACK. SO I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW AND THAT SHE WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE ACFT. THE AGENTS CLOSED THE ACFT DOOR, WITHOUT FURTHER INFO, NOT EVEN LETTING THE PURSER KNOW THAT THEY WERE CLOSING THE DOOR. SO SHE (THE PURSER) CALLED THE CAPT, AFTER FINDING OUT WHAT HAPPENED IN THE BACK OF THE PLANE. THE CAPT DECIDED NOT TO REMOVE THE PAX OUT THE ACFT. NO FURTHER ACTION WAS TAKEN. THIS PAX ALSO ASKED ME IF I'M AN AMERICAN, AND I ANSWERED YES, AND SHE STATED 'WELL, I'M DUTCH,' BY LIFTING HER ARMS AND THREATENING ME. IN THIS KINGSTON STATION, THERE IS A LOT OF MISCOM.
