Narrative:

Our clearance was J174 zizzy sby J209 orf. Our error was continuing on J174 past zizzy toward swl. ATC pointed out our error about 30 NM north of swl. Complacency led to this error. We fly J174 to swl 3-4 times per week and simply forgot we had received a change to our planned flight plan.
