Narrative:
Aircraft #1 departed atl behind aircraft #2. During climb out and level at 10000 ft the controller failed to maintain separation between the 2 aircraft. Both aircraft received TCASII RA's and deviated from assigned altitude of 10000 ft. #1 aircraft climbed and #2 aircraft descended. #1 aircraft did not see #2 aircraft prior to conflict as #2 aircraft was at it's 5 O'clock position. Don't know if #2 aircraft saw #1 aircraft prior to RA's. Both aircraft reported RA's and that they left their assigned altitude to the controller. The controller then corrected the altitude conflict. A close call, that TCASII saved 2 aircraft from swapping paint.

Title: MD80 CREW HAD TCASII RA IN ATL CLASS B.
Narrative: ACFT #1 DEPARTED ATL BEHIND ACFT #2. DURING CLBOUT AND LEVEL AT 10000 FT THE CTLR FAILED TO MAINTAIN SEPARATION BTWN THE 2 ACFT. BOTH ACFT RECEIVED TCASII RA'S AND DEVIATED FROM ASSIGNED ALT OF 10000 FT. #1 ACFT CLBED AND #2 ACFT DSNDED. #1 ACFT DID NOT SEE #2 ACFT PRIOR TO CONFLICT AS #2 ACFT WAS AT IT'S 5 O'CLOCK POS. DON'T KNOW IF #2 ACFT SAW #1 ACFT PRIOR TO RA'S. BOTH ACFT RPTED RA'S AND THAT THEY LEFT THEIR ASSIGNED ALT TO THE CTLR. THE CTLR THEN CORRECTED THE ALT CONFLICT. A CLOSE CALL, THAT TCASII SAVED 2 ACFT FROM SWAPPING PAINT.
