Narrative:
We were on visual approach to runway 22L at bos, in vicinity of FAF. Tower asked us to accept a lahso clearance to land on runway 22L and hold short of runway 27. First officer was flying. We quickly conferred and decided we could accept the clearance. I thought I had remembered seeing lahso criteria for bos on the flight plan. As we were on a somewhat close in final, I accepted the clearance. After the flight I wanted to check and confirm the lahso criteria, and learned that there was none. It was a bit of a set up by the tower, but I realize I should have declined the clearance and executed a go around. Lesson learned.
