Narrative:
A small cessna departed in front of us (runway 32R), we were cleared into position/hold runway 32R. There was a military transport on final runway 32R. We were cleared for takeoff runway 32R. Shortly after liftoff traffic was called to us at 1 O'clock position, 1 mi, this traffic was another military transport that was cleared to land runway 27. The pilot of military aircraft exercised an 'option' and did a 'low approach' with a right turning climb out (right below us). Contributing factors: multiple military aircraft operating on UHF frequency and only being aware of 1 aircraft (thought final traffic for runway 32R was only military aircraft). ATC did not advise of traffic for runway 27. Runway 27 traffic did low approach when cleared to 'land.' VHF civilian traffic not being able to hear military UHF traffic and vice versa. ATC's rush to clear us for takeoff for traffic on final runway 32R. Initial 12 hour duty day and company added a leg to increase our day to 12 hours 75 mins with an early am show time. Nighttime.

Title: DEPARTING ACFT IN CONFLICT WITH ACFT EXECUTING A LOW APCH.
Narrative: A SMALL CESSNA DEPARTED IN FRONT OF US (RWY 32R), WE WERE CLRED INTO POS/HOLD RWY 32R. THERE WAS A MIL TRANSPORT ON FINAL RWY 32R. WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 32R. SHORTLY AFTER LIFTOFF TFC WAS CALLED TO US AT 1 O'CLOCK POS, 1 MI, THIS TFC WAS ANOTHER MIL TRANSPORT THAT WAS CLRED TO LAND RWY 27. THE PLT OF MIL ACFT EXERCISED AN 'OPTION' AND DID A 'LOW APCH' WITH A R TURNING CLBOUT (RIGHT BELOW US). CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: MULTIPLE MIL ACFT OPERATING ON UHF FREQ AND ONLY BEING AWARE OF 1 ACFT (THOUGHT FINAL TFC FOR RWY 32R WAS ONLY MIL ACFT). ATC DID NOT ADVISE OF TFC FOR RWY 27. RWY 27 TFC DID LOW APCH WHEN CLRED TO 'LAND.' VHF CIVILIAN TFC NOT BEING ABLE TO HEAR MIL UHF TFC AND VICE VERSA. ATC'S RUSH TO CLR US FOR TKOF FOR TFC ON FINAL RWY 32R. INITIAL 12 HR DUTY DAY AND COMPANY ADDED A LEG TO INCREASE OUR DAY TO 12 HRS 75 MINS WITH AN EARLY AM SHOW TIME. NIGHTTIME.
