Narrative:

Over the last several months, I have turned in a couple of these types of reports on the lack of help I have received. I am not at all happy because for the most part, the reply I get is 'thanks for your debrief, we will add it to the pile.' the last 2 issues I turned in, one was a broken cockpit seat that maintenance wanted me to sign off, the other on a main landing gear that was changed. Today's issue is a bolt that is sheared off on the back of the nose landing gear. After explaining to the supervisor what exactly was broke, he mentioned to me several times 'are you sure you want to write this up? You know that if you do it will probably ground the aircraft.'
