Narrative:

Flap/slat failure. While lowering flaps to 25 degrees, leading edge slats failed, causing leading edge flap system to lock out. Followed flight manual procedures. Landed with flaps 20 degrees. Declared an emergency. Predictably, this was a repeat write-up. Uneventful landing, debriefed maintenance.
