Narrative:
We were at FL310 in smooth air. Over syr at FL310, we hit moderate turbulence which lasted 3 seconds. I suspect it was wake turbulence. 1 flight attendant was slightly injured as she was bounced off the cart to the lavatory door. She continued flying on her initial duty.
