Narrative:
Cleared to 5000 ft. Approaching leveloff, we were distraction by radio and inadvertently passed through 5000 ft. We corrected immediately back to 5000 ft. Maximum altitude was 5700 ft. O'hare did not comment. Increased vigilance when approaching leveloff would have prevented the deviation.

Narrative: CLRED TO 5000 FT. APCHING LEVELOFF, WE WERE DISTR BY RADIO AND INADVERTENTLY PASSED THROUGH 5000 FT. WE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY BACK TO 5000 FT. MAX ALT WAS 5700 FT. O'HARE DID NOT COMMENT. INCREASED VIGILANCE WHEN APCHING LEVELOFF WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THE DEV.
