Narrative:

I was informed today that the aircraft I had flown yesterday was unairworthy due to exceeding the landing cycles allowed for the tail rotor fitted bolts. Tail rotor bolts have been overflown since may/thu/01. This item has been overlooked by 5 pilots and 3 mechanics. Overflt of the thrust reverser bolts was not caught on any of the daily inspections or the phase inspection which was completed may/wed/01. Component status sheet mixes components that are counted by cycles, lndgs, and total time. Mixing the methods of counting component times and cycles makes xchking the status sheet to the logbook very difficult and confusing.
