Narrative:

Capacity driven atl is known for minimum spacing visual approachs. Now drive continues upon touchdown. On rollout, told to make high speed or no delay to second high speed. Doing 70-80 KTS at first high speed, got chided by tower again en route to second high speed. After stopped, in between parallels and given clearance to cross inner runway, chided again about taxi speed. This kind of nonsense leads to runway incursions or taxiway excursions. Not that it makes a RAT's butt difference to the rule breakers in atl.
