Narrative:
I was the dispatcher of flight from egbb-ewr. I filed the flight plan and got the ICAO flight plan back. Then I had to change payload and the next flight plan that I got back was on a different nar route which added 5 NM to the flight. Discussed it with the captain and advised him to fly the actual ICAO filing.
