Narrative:
This airline's contract engine was completed on jan/xa/01. The engine was bagged and tagged svcable at that time. Immediately the engine was parked pending customer payment. It began to leak large puddles of oil. This was brought to the attention of management, but because it was on financial hold, it was not addressed. It is now jul/fri/01 and engine has been shipped against my concerns. We were directed to drain oil out of cover and ship svcable as is. I have never seen engine (svcable) leak oil like that in my 10 yrs in shop. We drained 2 buckets of oil from cover. Engine was shipped back to XXX airlines as svcable.
