Narrative:
Present format for flight release 'appended messages' makes it difficult to extract necessary information because it is cluttered with unrelated sigmets (tx, NM, co, den, mi, in, az) and MK1-2 and 3 messages and repeats destination and alternate WX. Also, it does not include bermuda forecast, NOTAMS and field report any time flight is planned to have bda as emergency airport. The improved format would enhance safety by reducing unnecessary reading and ambiguity and give pilot best appraisal of bermuda on non ETOPS flts.

Title: A PIC RPT REGARDING WX FORECASTS INFO DISSEMINATION PROCS FOR BERMUDA WHEN FLYING THE OVERWATER RTE TO JFK FOR NON ETOPS FLTS FROM MDSD, FO.
Narrative: PRESENT FORMAT FOR FLT RELEASE 'APPENDED MESSAGES' MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO EXTRACT NECESSARY INFO BECAUSE IT IS CLUTTERED WITH UNRELATED SIGMETS (TX, NM, CO, DEN, MI, IN, AZ) AND MK1-2 AND 3 MESSAGES AND REPEATS DEST AND ALTERNATE WX. ALSO, IT DOES NOT INCLUDE BERMUDA FORECAST, NOTAMS AND FIELD RPT ANY TIME FLT IS PLANNED TO HAVE BDA AS EMER ARPT. THE IMPROVED FORMAT WOULD ENHANCE SAFETY BY REDUCING UNNECESSARY READING AND AMBIGUITY AND GIVE PLT BEST APPRAISAL OF BERMUDA ON NON ETOPS FLTS.
