Narrative:
MD80/right departure from pt, direct tvt, climbing to FL280. HS25, det arrival, descending to FL290. Paths of aircraft crossed 5 mi east of tvt VOR. MD80 was issued traffic descending to FL290 northbound. HS25 was issued the traffic climbing to FL280 wbound. MD80 was level 5 mi from crossing pointed traffic, when traffic crossed MD80 reported a TCAS RA and descended. Separation was never lost and traffic was issued to both aircraft. At the crossing point, the MD80 as level at FL280 and HS25 was leveling at FL290 when MD80 reported TCAS.
