Narrative:
The plane had landed and we were sitting on the taxiway waiting for a gate so the passenger could deplane. I had made several announcements over the PA to please remain seated as we were still not at the gate. Passenger #1 was continually getting out of his seat, and I kept asking passenger to remain seated. Flight attendant #3 (who was sitting in the forward aisle side jump seat) finally got out of her jump seat and told the man to situation down. When I looked down the aisle to see where she was going, it appeared that the man may have hit her (he did not). She returned to me very upset and said she wanted the man arrested. I notified the captain of the incident and then went to speak to the passenger. He refused to give me his name or boarding pass and we had to wait for the police and security personnel to board the plane to get his correct name. The plane finally continued to the gate where the captain made an announcement for all passenger to remain seated as security boarded the plane and removed the passenger. Then all passenger deplaned.

Title: A B737 FLT ATTENDANT RPT ON AN UNRULY MALE PAX WHO WOULD NOT STAY SEATED WHILE THE ACFT WAS WAITING FOR ITS GATE ASSIGNMENT AT JFK, NY.
Narrative: THE PLANE HAD LANDED AND WE WERE SITTING ON THE TXWY WAITING FOR A GATE SO THE PAX COULD DEPLANE. I HAD MADE SEVERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS OVER THE PA TO PLEASE REMAIN SEATED AS WE WERE STILL NOT AT THE GATE. PAX #1 WAS CONTINUALLY GETTING OUT OF HIS SEAT, AND I KEPT ASKING PAX TO REMAIN SEATED. FLT ATTENDANT #3 (WHO WAS SITTING IN THE FORWARD AISLE SIDE JUMP SEAT) FINALLY GOT OUT OF HER JUMP SEAT AND TOLD THE MAN TO SIT DOWN. WHEN I LOOKED DOWN THE AISLE TO SEE WHERE SHE WAS GOING, IT APPEARED THAT THE MAN MAY HAVE HIT HER (HE DID NOT). SHE RETURNED TO ME VERY UPSET AND SAID SHE WANTED THE MAN ARRESTED. I NOTIFIED THE CAPT OF THE INCIDENT AND THEN WENT TO SPEAK TO THE PAX. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME OR BOARDING PASS AND WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE POLICE AND SECURITY PERSONNEL TO BOARD THE PLANE TO GET HIS CORRECT NAME. THE PLANE FINALLY CONTINUED TO THE GATE WHERE THE CAPT MADE AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL PAX TO REMAIN SEATED AS SECURITY BOARDED THE PLANE AND REMOVED THE PAX. THEN ALL PAX DEPLANED.
