Narrative:
On jan/thu/02, I was informed to incorporate an engineering order to modify the restraint system for the onboard wheelchair. Upon reviewing the engineering order, I determined that the straps provided for the engineering order to be too short to fully do the modification. Upon notification to my immediate supervisor of the problem, he and I had a disagreement, the end result of direct written up by said supervisor. Due to previous disciplinary action taken against me and being directed by the supervisor to incorporate the modification, I feel it was improperly incorporated to the standard of engineering order. I did so under great duress and fear of job loss if not done as I was directed. I found out later that engineering had attempted to do modification and had problems. However, recedence order to not incorporate said modification was not issued to planning department prior to my attempt.

UPON NOTIFICATION TO MY IMMEDIATE SUPVR OF THE PROB, HE AND I HAD A DISAGREEMENT, THE END RESULT OF DIRECT WRITTEN UP BY SAID SUPVR. DUE TO PREVIOUS DISCIPLINARY ACTION TAKEN AGAINST ME AND BEING DIRECTED BY THE SUPVR TO INCORPORATE THE MODIFICATION, I FEEL IT WAS IMPROPERLY INCORPORATED TO THE STANDARD OF ENGINEERING ORDER. I DID SO UNDER GREAT DURESS AND FEAR OF JOB LOSS IF NOT DONE AS I WAS DIRECTED. I FOUND OUT LATER THAT ENGINEERING HAD ATTEMPTED TO DO MODIFICATION AND HAD PROBS.
