Title: WHILE BEING CTLED BY AN ATL APCH CTLR, AN LJ45 RECEIVES A TCASII ALERT AND CLBS TO 5500 FT AND CONFLICTS WITH AN HS25 ON CONVERGING COURSE AT 6000 FT.
Narrative: THE LR45 WAS LEVEL 5000 FT EBOUND. THE HS25 WAS LEVEL 6000 FT SBOUND. THE LR45 CLBED TO 5500 FT DUE TO HIS TCASII INDICATION. THE HS25 ADVISED HE HAD THE LR45 IN SIGHT.
