Narrative:
During the cruise portion of a flight from pvd to ewr I noticed that I had taken off with only 3700 pounds of fuel while the minimum fuel requirement was 4300 pounds. The flight arrived in ewr in VFR conditions with no problems.

Title: AN ACR DEPARTS WITHOUT REQUIRED FUEL.
Narrative: DURING THE CRUISE PORTION OF A FLT FROM PVD TO EWR I NOTICED THAT I HAD TAKEN OFF WITH ONLY 3700 LBS OF FUEL WHILE THE MINIMUM FUEL REQUIREMENT WAS 4300 LBS. THE FLT ARRIVED IN EWR IN VFR CONDITIONS WITH NO PROBS.
