Narrative:
Student and I were on training flight from sfb to X50 to conduct touch and goes. Before the flight, the student got a flight briefing from st petersburg FSS, asking for NOTAMS for space coast (shuttle was on the pad) R-2935 was active until XA01 local. No other flight restrs were mentioned. We arrived at X50 at XA15 and proceeded with our touch and goes. While in the pattern someone came onto CTAF 122.7 and advised us that there was a no fly zone, we left the pattern directly west. On the way back I contacted st petersburg FSS in the air and confirmed there was no tfr's?
