Narrative:

Got 'too low flaps' aural warning. Flaps were at 15 degrees or 25 degrees. Lowered to 30 degrees and landed. Pilot monitoring must back up PF. Got runway change from tower inside OM going to runway 25L. Must use clear and concise language when using checklist. PF must back up pilot monitoring duties. This is all critical -- especially going into lax. Plus, it was raining on western half of airport, etc.
