Narrative:

In my flight school under stress of business I relied on a poor system for having shop notified of current aircraft times and inspection scheduling. Local airport tenants who were removed from unsafe hangar by me set out to prove they could run me out of town -- malice. Sep/tue/01, stress, loss of income, on about mar/sat/02, while performing a tire change, my mechanic noted the 100 hour was overdue and when I asked him to only do the engine, and I'd take care of the airframe, he began threatening me with the FAA.
