Narrative:
Arriving bdl, the active runway was runway 15. Winds were light out of the southeast, don't recall exact bearing/speed. WX was better than 5000 ft, 5 mi. Approach told us to expect the VOR 15. The captain asked if I had that chart. I didn't. We advised approach neither of us had the plate and could not accept the VOR 15, but could take a visual approach as runway 6/24 was closed. Approach advised we had company turning final for the VOR 15, so we assumed we both had lost our VOR 15 plate. Getting closer to the aerodrome, the airport opened runway 24. We used it instead. Arriving at the gate, we noticed our company was a former air carrier jet. The captain called the company safety representative to verify the integrity of our bdl charts. Were we supposed to have the VOR 15 or not? According to the safety representative, the company had deleted this approach following an incident. I only forward this information to spur a review of the integration of our operation procedures.

Title: FLC DOES NOT HAVE APCH PLATE FOR ASSIGNED RWY.
Narrative: ARRIVING BDL, THE ACTIVE RWY WAS RWY 15. WINDS WERE LIGHT OUT OF THE SE, DON'T RECALL EXACT BEARING/SPD. WX WAS BETTER THAN 5000 FT, 5 MI. APCH TOLD US TO EXPECT THE VOR 15. THE CAPT ASKED IF I HAD THAT CHART. I DIDN'T. WE ADVISED APCH NEITHER OF US HAD THE PLATE AND COULD NOT ACCEPT THE VOR 15, BUT COULD TAKE A VISUAL APCH AS RWY 6/24 WAS CLOSED. APCH ADVISED WE HAD COMPANY TURNING FINAL FOR THE VOR 15, SO WE ASSUMED WE BOTH HAD LOST OUR VOR 15 PLATE. GETTING CLOSER TO THE AERODROME, THE ARPT OPENED RWY 24. WE USED IT INSTEAD. ARRIVING AT THE GATE, WE NOTICED OUR COMPANY WAS A FORMER ACR JET. THE CAPT CALLED THE COMPANY SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE TO VERIFY THE INTEGRITY OF OUR BDL CHARTS. WERE WE SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE VOR 15 OR NOT? ACCORDING TO THE SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE, THE COMPANY HAD DELETED THIS APCH FOLLOWING AN INCIDENT. I ONLY FORWARD THIS INFO TO SPUR A REVIEW OF THE INTEGRATION OF OUR OP PROCS.
