Narrative:
During climb into 10000 ft, I was notified by phone from the flight attendants in the back of the airplane that there was smoke in the aft cabin. There were noxious fumes from the burning of rubber or similar to that smell. I could see smoke in the cabin from where I was sitting. I notified the captain and within 20 mins we were on the ground at dfw airport. The captain told us that it was part of the electrical system in the airplane.
