Narrative:
We were cleared for a visual approach to runway 22R at ord on a high downwind. Upon turning base, we were told to contact tower over the OM. We ended up high and fast over the marker, so we were somewhat distraction with getting the airplane set up for a normal landing. We were configured and on speed on a 3 degree GS by 500 ft AGL. After landing, I asked the captain to confirm that we were not told to hold short of runway 27R. He informed me that they did not say, too. So, I rolled across runway 27R on the final rollout before turning off the runway. At that time, he realized that he had not contacted the tower. Runway 27R was not in use at the time. As we cleared runway 22R, we contacted the tower and told them what happened. They informed us the runway was not active, therefore, it was not a huge deal because they knew who we were and what we were doing.

Title: EMB145 FLC LWOC DUE TO FORGETTING TO CONTACT THE TWR AT THE OM.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 22R AT ORD ON A HIGH DOWNWIND. UPON TURNING BASE, WE WERE TOLD TO CONTACT TWR OVER THE OM. WE ENDED UP HIGH AND FAST OVER THE MARKER, SO WE WERE SOMEWHAT DISTR WITH GETTING THE AIRPLANE SET UP FOR A NORMAL LNDG. WE WERE CONFIGURED AND ON SPD ON A 3 DEG GS BY 500 FT AGL. AFTER LNDG, I ASKED THE CAPT TO CONFIRM THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 27R. HE INFORMED ME THAT THEY DID NOT SAY, TOO. SO, I ROLLED ACROSS RWY 27R ON THE FINAL ROLLOUT BEFORE TURNING OFF THE RWY. AT THAT TIME, HE REALIZED THAT HE HAD NOT CONTACTED THE TWR. RWY 27R WAS NOT IN USE AT THE TIME. AS WE CLRED RWY 22R, WE CONTACTED THE TWR AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED. THEY INFORMED US THE RWY WAS NOT ACTIVE, THEREFORE, IT WAS NOT A HUGE DEAL BECAUSE THEY KNEW WHO WE WERE AND WHAT WE WERE DOING.
