Location: base, vectors for ILS runway 22R. We received RA from helicopter while on vectors with approach. TCASII and visual confirmed helicopter passed within 200 ft of our flight. We were on the correct altitude and heading given by ATC. Approach only said 'roger' when we passed on our near miss report.

Narrative: LOCATION: BASE, VECTORS FOR ILS RWY 22R. WE RECEIVED RA FROM HELI WHILE ON VECTORS WITH APCH. TCASII AND VISUAL CONFIRMED HELI PASSED WITHIN 200 FT OF OUR FLT. WE WERE ON THE CORRECT ALT AND HDG GIVEN BY ATC. APCH ONLY SAID 'ROGER' WHEN WE PASSED ON OUR NEAR MISS RPT.
