Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff, the captain notified flight attendant #1 about a 'problem with the right engine.' she in turn notified the rest of the flight attendants that we would be returning to sea. We were informed that the problem had stabilized and that the planned emergency checklist would not be necessary, but that we were to have our manuals ready should the situation change. We landed in sea without further incident.
