On J119 50 NM north fagan intersection. ZJX 132.82 requested a 90 degree turn to the right off the airway. Unable to comply due to WX. Controller requested second time to turn 90 degrees right. Unable again, due to WX. Used captain's emergency authority/authorized. Maintained altitude + heading.
