Narrative:
I took off from okv for a VFR flight to the meadows (private field). I had called the owner and had permission to land with my 2 passenger. I did not file a flight plan. It was a short flight and I knew the area well and had the destination on my GPS. Had been to the strip the summer before, VFR. I normally fly IFR 95% of the time. I landed at the meadows without incident. I discovered on landing that the meadows is 1 1/2 mi inside the washington ADIZ (new designation only in effect for a few months). I never entered the class B airspace as I was under it, but did cross the line of the ADIZ. This happened because I was so familiar with the area that I did not need to look at a chart to see exactly where the air field was in relationship to the ADIZ. Apparently, I was not familiar enough to remember it was in the ADIZ. Also, mostly flying IFR, I had come to rely on the clearance to take care of sua issues.

Title: AIRSPACE INCURSION WHEN A C182Q COMMERCIAL RATED PLT ENTERS THE DC ADIZ AT 2500 FT FOR LNDG AT MEADOWS ARPT, 10 NM NE OF THE CSN VOR, VA.
Narrative: I TOOK OFF FROM OKV FOR A VFR FLT TO THE MEADOWS (PVT FIELD). I HAD CALLED THE OWNER AND HAD PERMISSION TO LAND WITH MY 2 PAX. I DID NOT FILE A FLT PLAN. ALSO, MOSTLY FLYING IFR, I HAD COME TO RELY ON THE CLRNC TO TAKE CARE OF SUA ISSUES.
