Narrative:
Quality assurance indicates washers was not installed on l-hand nose tire assembly. To the best of my knowledge, we installed nose tire assembly correctly. There were no PIREPS or discrepancies after installation. No damage to nose landing gear was incurred.

Title: A B767-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE L NOSE TIRE MISSING THE WHEEL SPACER.
Narrative: QUALITY ASSURANCE INDICATES WASHERS WAS NOT INSTALLED ON L-HAND NOSE TIRE ASSEMBLY. TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE, WE INSTALLED NOSE TIRE ASSEMBLY CORRECTLY. THERE WERE NO PIREPS OR DISCREPANCIES AFTER INSTALLATION. NO DAMAGE TO NOSE LNDG GEAR WAS INCURRED.
