Narrative:
Upon descent, passenger in main cabin, center section of aircraft, would not comply with flight attendant instructions. He would not put tray table upright or fasten seatbelt for landing. Flight attendant discovered an empty bottle of alcohol nearby passenger. He (the passenger) spoke arabic to the #8 flight attendant who is fluent in arabic. It took 3 male flight attendants to restrain passenger to his seat. Flex cuffs were required for this. I was not directly involved, but witnessed the event. Police met the flight in jfk.
