Narrative:

Female passenger seated in emergency exit row was consuming wine (white) from her own bottle and exchanging cups with companion, a man, across the aisle. Both passenger were seated in emergency exit rows. The woman became belligerent when alcohol was confiscated. Per captain, purser, and flight attendants, she was denied alcohol in-flight and became verbally abusive by using profanity towards me. Passenger was issued 'in-flight disturbance form' and asked to stop her behavior. She requested to speak to captain during the flight. Captain was available for passenger after landing in stx. Passenger opted not to speak to captain and left. Passenger refused to give their names. Captain called dispatch to deny passenger return travel on our company.

Title: A B737 FLT ATTENDANT RPTED 2 PAX DRINKING FROM THEIR OWN BOTTLE AND BECAME BELLIGERENT AFTER THEY WERE CUT OFF FROM FURTHER DRINKING DURING A FLT FROM MIA TO STX.

Narrative: FEMALE PAX SEATED IN EMER EXIT ROW WAS CONSUMING WINE (WHITE) FROM HER OWN BOTTLE AND EXCHANGING CUPS WITH COMPANION, A MAN, ACROSS THE AISLE. BOTH PAX WERE SEATED IN EMER EXIT ROWS. THE WOMAN BECAME BELLIGERENT WHEN ALCOHOL WAS CONFISCATED. PER CAPT, PURSER, AND FLT ATTENDANTS, SHE WAS DENIED ALCOHOL INFLT AND BECAME VERBALLY ABUSIVE BY USING PROFANITY TOWARDS ME. PAX WAS ISSUED 'INFLT DISTURBANCE FORM' AND ASKED TO STOP HER BEHAVIOR. SHE REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO CAPT DURING THE FLT. CAPT WAS AVAILABLE FOR PAX AFTER LNDG IN STX. PAX OPTED NOT TO SPEAK TO CAPT AND LEFT. PAX REFUSED TO GIVE THEIR NAMES. CAPT CALLED DISPATCH TO DENY PAX RETURN TRAVEL ON OUR COMPANY.
