Narrative:
Sector complexity -- moderate, workload (volume) -- moderate. Approximately 14 aircraft on frequency. 2 aircraft were being sequenced in-trail for sea, south of btg VORTAC for the olympia arrival. Aircraft #2 was turned to a 020 degree heading to go behind aircraft #1. Winds out of the west at 90 KTS. Aircraft #2 picked up speed and separation was lost.
