Narrative:

While helping change the l-hand nose landing gear tire, the spacer did not get reinstalled on new tire. It was stuck on old tire. It would help if spacer was colored so it stands out not to be missed. Supplemental information from acn 621643: I helped 2 other mechanics changing several tire assemblies on a B757. I was informed that the spacer was not installed. Supplemental information from acn 621979: I jacked up nose gear and brought out new tire and prepared new tire for installation. The tire repair station found the tire spacer/washer attached to old tire, and they reported it.
