Narrative:
We were dispatched ZZZ-ZZZ1 with the fuel that was currently onboard the aircraft from the previous arrival. No fuel was added since it was significantly more than originally needed for the dispatch. The initial fuel was planned at approximately 66.8 cleared and the fuel on board was approximately 108.7. Dispatch was notified and a new release was sent to us through ACARS (printer). We were delayed further at the gate because of the fueling department being unable to provide a fuel sheet including a new 'structural check fuel' requirement,. Once we received the fuel sheet (10 min delay), we departed for ZZZ1. Shortly after takeoff, the dispatcher sent an ACARS message further amending the dispatch release (#3) to include the 'structural check fuel' requirement. This was missed predep and the release was updated on climb out from ZZZ. We then proceeded uneventfully to ZZZ1.
