Narrative:
We were cleared into position and hold for traffic crossing downfield. We watched a couple of S80's and several rj's cross. We watched as the last rj crossed down at taxiway Y. Approximately 10 seconds after he was clear, dfw tower cleared us for takeoff 'aircraft X, dfw tower, wind XXX degrees at xx KTS, gusting to xx KTS, heading 345 degrees, runway 36R, cleared for takeoff.' first officer read back the clearance verbatim except for the heading. I said 'heading 345 degrees' and first officer radioed 'heading 345 degrees.' the runway was still clear and no aircraft appeared to be approaching the runway. I know tower had not cleared any aircraft to cross. At approximately 10 KTS below F1, I spotted a B767 encroaching on our runway at about taxiway Y or taxiway Z. I reported that three was an aircraft crossing our runway as I was rotating. Someone on the air responded, 'that's not good.' we were airborne about taxiway wl.

Title: B737 DEP FROM DFW ON RWY 36R EXPERIENCED CONFLICT WITH ACFT XING DOWNFIELD AS ACFT WAS ROTATING.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED INTO POS AND HOLD FOR TFC XING DOWNFIELD. WE WATCHED A COUPLE OF S80'S AND SEVERAL RJ'S CROSS. WE WATCHED AS THE LAST RJ CROSSED DOWN AT TXWY Y. APPROX 10 SECONDS AFTER HE WAS CLR, DFW TWR CLRED US FOR TKOF 'ACFT X, DFW TWR, WIND XXX DEGS AT XX KTS, GUSTING TO XX KTS, HDG 345 DEGS, RWY 36R, CLRED FOR TKOF.' FO READ BACK THE CLRNC VERBATIM EXCEPT FOR THE HDG. I SAID 'HDG 345 DEGS' AND FO RADIOED 'HDG 345 DEGS.' THE RWY WAS STILL CLR AND NO ACFT APPEARED TO BE APCHING THE RWY. I KNOW TWR HAD NOT CLRED ANY ACFT TO CROSS. AT APPROX 10 KTS BELOW F1, I SPOTTED A B767 ENCROACHING ON OUR RWY AT ABOUT TXWY Y OR TXWY Z. I RPTED THAT THREE WAS AN ACFT XING OUR RWY AS I WAS ROTATING. SOMEONE ON THE AIR RESPONDED, 'THAT'S NOT GOOD.' WE WERE AIRBORNE ABOUT TXWY WL.
