Narrative:
Landing south at nagoya you are always cleared to cross nezam intersection at 13000 ft MSL. This intersection is not plotted on the far east high/low 5/6 chart. It is only referenced on the 10-1 area chart in the upper right hand corner as a distance to nezam. Crews are having to ask tokyo ATC to spell it phonetically during a busy time for tokyo and for our crews. The commercial chart company should have this intersection plotted on the 5/6 chart. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that this intersection nearly always has an altitude constraint during arrs. However; crews new to nagoya are not aware of the intersection's location because it is not charted well; and therefore have difficulty identifying it and consequently meeting the restriction. The intersection should be on the nagoya 10-1 chart.

Title: RPTR STATES THAT NEZAM INTXN SHOULD BE PLOTTED ON THE FAR EAST H/L 5/6 AND NAGOYA 10-1 COMMERCIAL CHARTS BECAUSE IT IS ISSUED FREQUENTLY TO ACFT LNDG S AT NAGOYA.
Narrative: LNDG S AT NAGOYA YOU ARE ALWAYS CLRED TO CROSS NEZAM INTXN AT 13000 FT MSL. THIS INTXN IS NOT PLOTTED ON THE FAR E HIGH/LOW 5/6 CHART. IT IS ONLY REFERENCED ON THE 10-1 AREA CHART IN THE UPPER R HAND CORNER AS A DISTANCE TO NEZAM. CREWS ARE HAVING TO ASK TOKYO ATC TO SPELL IT PHONETICALLY DURING A BUSY TIME FOR TOKYO AND FOR OUR CREWS. THE COMMERCIAL CHART COMPANY SHOULD HAVE THIS INTXN PLOTTED ON THE 5/6 CHART. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT THIS INTXN NEARLY ALWAYS HAS AN ALT CONSTRAINT DURING ARRS. HOWEVER; CREWS NEW TO NAGOYA ARE NOT AWARE OF THE INTXN'S LOCATION BECAUSE IT IS NOT CHARTED WELL; AND THEREFORE HAVE DIFFICULTY IDENTIFYING IT AND CONSEQUENTLY MEETING THE RESTRICTION. THE INTXN SHOULD BE ON THE NAGOYA 10-1 CHART.
