Narrative:
After departure during climb out; flight crew notified by ACARS dispatch message that restr articles were loaded onboard and phx failed to provide crew with form. Dispatch message provided all required information. Load closeout printed out during taxi and inspected during a challenging busy area of taxi operation. Also; maximum weight issues had to be addressed.

Narrative: AFTER DEP DURING CLBOUT; FLT CREW NOTIFIED BY ACARS DISPATCH MESSAGE THAT RESTR ARTICLES WERE LOADED ONBOARD AND PHX FAILED TO PROVIDE CREW WITH FORM. DISPATCH MESSAGE PROVIDED ALL REQUIRED INFO. LOAD CLOSEOUT PRINTED OUT DURING TAXI AND INSPECTED DURING A CHALLENGING BUSY AREA OF TAXI OP. ALSO; MAX WT ISSUES HAD TO BE ADDRESSED.
