Narrative:
I was on final for runway 26 and cleared to land approximately 4 mi out. Tower told me to be #3 to land. I repeated (confirmed) that I was cleared to land as #4. I proceeded on final and saw 2 aircraft landing and getting off active runway (to taxiway). When I came closer to the threshold; I noticed a high wing white cessna in the takeoff position. As I had landed that morning 3 times previously; the white cessna at first looked like remnants of snow on the runway; but when I realized that the snow was also the cessna; I sidestepped my approach glide to my right so that I could observe the cessna staying in a hold position. At that time the tower said 'aircraft on final; go around.' since there were 1 or 2 other aircraft behind me; I understood that someone else was meant! Next; I started to flare out on the right side of the runway since I kept an eye on the cessna. I think just when I touched down the tower said 'aircraft go around.' this was too late for me.

Title: RV6A PLT HAS A RWY INCURSION AND LANDS WITHOUT CLRNC AT FTG.
Narrative: I WAS ON FINAL FOR RWY 26 AND CLRED TO LAND APPROX 4 MI OUT. TWR TOLD ME TO BE #3 TO LAND. I REPEATED (CONFIRMED) THAT I WAS CLRED TO LAND AS #4. I PROCEEDED ON FINAL AND SAW 2 ACFT LNDG AND GETTING OFF ACTIVE RWY (TO TXWY). WHEN I CAME CLOSER TO THE THRESHOLD; I NOTICED A HIGH WING WHITE CESSNA IN THE TKOF POS. AS I HAD LANDED THAT MORNING 3 TIMES PREVIOUSLY; THE WHITE CESSNA AT FIRST LOOKED LIKE REMNANTS OF SNOW ON THE RWY; BUT WHEN I REALIZED THAT THE SNOW WAS ALSO THE CESSNA; I SIDESTEPPED MY APCH GLIDE TO MY R SO THAT I COULD OBSERVE THE CESSNA STAYING IN A HOLD POS. AT THAT TIME THE TWR SAID 'ACFT ON FINAL; GO AROUND.' SINCE THERE WERE 1 OR 2 OTHER ACFT BEHIND ME; I UNDERSTOOD THAT SOMEONE ELSE WAS MEANT! NEXT; I STARTED TO FLARE OUT ON THE R SIDE OF THE RWY SINCE I KEPT AN EYE ON THE CESSNA. I THINK JUST WHEN I TOUCHED DOWN THE TWR SAID 'ACFT GO AROUND.' THIS WAS TOO LATE FOR ME.
