Narrative:
On nov/thu/06; I was working at phl tower assigned to the TRACON. At XA00 I was advised we were going to transition to a SAPR2 operation. This operation I believe is dangerous and needs to be addressed. Every aircraft landing at phl on runway 26 will be vectored below and outside of the philadelphia bravo airspace. The procedures for these approachs are designed this way.
