Narrative:
Whoever decided to get rid of the fold-out pages 10-9 for london is obviously not a pilot. Here was our clearance. 'Taxi to 27R via east; hold short of E2.' where is E2? It is not on the 10-9 page. No; it's on the 10-9B page. 'Hold at pluto.' where is pluto? It is not on the 10-9 page; not on the 10-9B page. It's on the 10-9c2 page. And; it is in the wrong place. No wait; that's not 27R/9L as depicted -- the wrong runway is labeled there. London is one of most complex and busy airports in the world. Is the air carrier trying to make it more difficult so they can save a dollar?
